Mission Statement
The Charleston Teacher Alliance is an organization of committed educators who believe that teachers have an important stake as partners in the development of educational policy and that policy makers in the Charleston County School District will benefit from seeking regular, ongoing input from teachers. The Charleston Teacher Alliance is committed to promoting policy development that balances the use of good data and relevant research with the experience of school-based educators.
